“Evening in Ephesus” Destination Discovery Event.

On select itineraries that call on Kuşadası (the gateway to Ephesus), Windstar Cruises takes all guests off the ship after hours—once the park has closed to the general public—for an exclusive, complimentary 5-course white-glove dinner and live classical concert right among the illuminated 2,000-year-old ruins. It was incredible! Forgive me for posting all these pictures. This blog serves as a memory book for me and this was an evening that I want to remember every joyous moment.

Arriving along the Harbor Road of Ephesus.
In front of the Celsus Library. Do you think I was a bit excited!?!
Amongst the ancient structures.
Pinch me🫶🏼
Dinner with our new fun friends from Chesapeake, VA.
Our dining table. Note the 5 piece orchestra set up on the upper stairs of the library.
Back at the ship but still aglow after an incredible evening.

We still enjoy planning our own travel (most of the time😉). Using “Third Home”, a home exchange program, has added a new dimension to our travel planning. As Andy Dufresne says “Either get busy living, or get busy dying”
